Walking

They fill my small room

Some wolves of sunbeam guzzling my furrowed cheek

While in a dream, I wave goodbye by the quay

A snaking tear mirroring your departing ship.

Waking

I whelm the afternoon’s unfeigned obsession

To take back my lion’s share of romance

From your poetry of jokes

Like frenzied cantatas over sour beers

But how can I

When  I still feel like crying every time you smile
